. Two Beds and A Coffee Machine]
If I only had two beds and a coffee machine in my room, I'd use a bed to sleep on and the other to write on, and the coffee machine would be my only source of diet. I'd write stories, poems, songs and all sorts of rubbish till I eventually die of too much caffeine. And then someone will find my writings and publish them and I'd be rich and famous only after I die. Yay.
Happens all the time doesn't it. Unsung heros. Dead poets.
Haha. I'm becoming more and more morbid. Yucks. I'm sorry. Just feeling a little burnt out. Even when the hols are here.
But tmr's gonna be a better day, I'm sure. =) Going to church. I need to connect. I'm so glad He's always there. So so glad. =)
Christmas is coming. Happy. =) I love this time of the year the most. All the lightings, the Christmas trees, the good feeling -- so Christmasy!! The lovey, dovey, smoochey, moochey feeling. Nice. =)
Time for Christmas shopping. Have to get my list done soon. =) Those of you who want smth, you know what to do. Be good. To me. =) Haha.

MIRROR
I am silver and exact. I have no preconceptions.
What ever you see I swallow immediately
Just as it is, unmisted by love or dislike.
I am not cruel, only truthful---
The eye of a little god, four-cornered.
Most of the time I meditate on the opposite wall.
It is pink, with speckles. I have looked at it so long
I think it is a part of my heart. But it flickers.
Faces and darkness separate us over and over.
Now I am a lake. A woman bends over me,
Searching my reaches for what she really is.
Then she turns to those liars, the candles or the moon.
I see her back, and reflect it faithfully.
She rewards me with tears and an agitation of hands.
I am important to her. She comes and goes.
Each morning it is her face that replaces the darkness.
In me she has drowned a young girl, and in me an old woman
Rises toward her day after day, like a terrible fish.
